ONLINE GIVING

St. Mary's is excited to offer ONLINE GIVING !
Now you can set up your regular church offerings, second collections, and/or school scholarship contributions using any bank account, Visa or Mastercard.
**So that you may participate fully during the Mass, you can use the Online Giving cards that will soon be available in the church, or simply place your regular giving envelope in the basket during collection, indicating that you give electronically.**

This Sunday we celebrate the Solemnity of Our Lord Jesus Christ the King.  That means several things.  First of all, it is the last week of the Liturgical Year.  (Where did it all go?)  Also it means we begin the Season of Advent next Sunday.  Catechumens and candidates for full communion always find Advent most interesting and a welcome alternative to what the culture puts forward at this time of year.  We’ll hear more of this in ....

Who among us not presently experiencing anxieties and worries, worries over what is going to happen to us along with worries about our loved ones? Perhaps we have children or grandchildren, relatives and close friends who are waiting for their job applications to be answered; waiting for banks to give us answers about mortgage refinancing; waiting for customers to resume purchases from our businesses; waiting for our doctors’ reports about our medical conditions; waiting for our economy to recover? There are those, too, who are waiting in expectant longing and hope for their sufferings to end.
